Upon finalizing the design, we will present you with a comprehensive price quotation. To initiate the order, we require a 50% deposit, which becomes non-refundable once construction commences. The remaining balance, along with applicable sales tax for Texas deliveries, is due prior to delivery. Upon receiving your accepted quotation and deposit, we assess the current backlog to provide a projected delivery date. While we strive to meet deadlines, occasional variations may arise due to material availability, weather, or unforeseen factors beyond our control.
